An aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the just concluded Ondo State Gubernatorial election, Dr Nat Adojutelegan has formally filed an appeal against the ruling of the federal high court dismissing his suit challenging the candidacy of Akeredolu in the APC primary election in June, 2020.
Justice Okon Abang had dismissed the suit for lacking in merit. Abang added that the matter is a pre-election matter.
Adojutelegan made the disclosure in a brief statement on his Facebook profile on Tuesday said:
He said: “Today, I lodged my appeal against the judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja delivered on 16/12/20 by Hon. Justice Okon Abang. It contained substantial grounds for a robust appeal to the Court of Appeal.”
