Hon Peter Isioma Okaegwu, Vice Chairman, Social Democratic Party, SDP, Delta North, has opened up on his concerns on the just concluded election.
In a statement made available to the press, he said that Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi was an error that needed to be corrected form the day one."
He added: "He is the opposite of leadership and someone who does not listen; abuses Party from National to Ward level and sees himself as a god."
"He maltreated the party, even widows. His wickedness was unprecedented.
His anti progressive tendencies were the reasons that we on Delta North rejected him. If not for the pleas of the State Chairman, we would have adopted another party candidate. He was anti party personified.
He openly campaigned for another Party's Presidential candidate; did banners. He did collaboration with some other House of Representatives in the North. We were never involved. This time around, we shall take lasting decision since he has refused to retrace his steps. We are SDP," he stated.
