The Ondo North Senator-elect, Pastor Jide Ipinsagba has congratulated the Olowo of Owo Kingdom, His Imperial Majesty Oba (Dr) Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye III, on his installation as the Chancellor of the Federal University of Science and Technology Burara, Jigawa State.
Pastor Ipinsagba in a statement made available by his media director, described the appointment as a further proof that “Oba Ogunoye III is a man who can make things happen in any area he finds himself”.
He said “the Kabiyesi's appointment is a great news and a thing of joy to the good people of Ondo State, most importantly, Ondo North Senatorial District.
Oba Gbadegesin Ogunoye III has been known for his efforts and immense contributions to nation building, his appointment and installation as the Chancellor of FUST Burara is not a new to us, the University needs person of his calibre with wealth of experience to champion peace and development in Nigeria, the State and the University Community.
Pastor Jide Ipinsagba thanked the President of Nigeria, President Muhammed Buhari for counting our revered traditional King worthy of this appointment and express his belief that the appointment will bring a lot of achievements to the school and the entire country at large.
