The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced the commencement of an e-auction for vehicles confiscated and permanently forfeited to the government.
In an official statement shared on its Twitter handle, @officialEFCC, the commission revealed that the auction would be facilitated by authorized auctioneers.
The initiative is being carried out in compliance with the EFCC (Establishment) Act, 2004, the Public Procurement Act, 2007, and the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery and Management) Act, 2022.
The EFCC encouraged the public to stay informed about the process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing the e-auction.
